No secret zone, no surcharge discovered on the day. Here is the rule, exactly as we apply it.
A radius of about 150 km
That covers nearly all of Belgium. Further out we do not say no on principle: we look at the diary for that date and give you a straight answer.
Costs stated on the quote
On the Starter and Essential plans, travel is included up to 20 km from Nivelles; beyond that it is charged per kilometre. On the Signature plan, it is included anywhere in Belgium. Only paid access imposed by the venue can be added, and it all appears on the quote, never afterwards.
One booth, one event per night
We do not run the same equipment between two venues in one evening. The booth stays with you for the whole of your event, with no shuttling between clients.
