We would rather show you how we work than sell you big words. Here are our commitments, our method, and what we guarantee in black and white.
Boothly started in 2026, and we say so in full
Boothly is a recent company, based in Nivelles. We could have written “fifteen years of experience” and lined up a dozen invented testimonials: nobody would have checked. We chose the opposite, because a client who discovers the lie on their wedding day is not a client you win back.
What starting out changes for you is concrete. Our kit was bought for this first season: recent sensors, LED lighting, brand-new dye-sublimation printers, nothing worn out by ten years on the road. Our diary is still open, including on high-season Saturdays and for requests three weeks out. And we accept only one event per night: your party is never the third stop on a round.
What starting out does not change: the terms are written down before you sign, the price on the quote is the final price, spare equipment travels in the van on every job, and phone support stays reachable until the take-down. Those commitments are in our terms and conditions, not only on this page.
So you will find no customer reviews on this site for now. The first ones will be published exactly as written - first name, type of event, date - as soon as our first clients are willing to write them.
Four things we do not compromise on
These are the four points we check before, during and after every job.
Maintained equipment
Every booth is cleaned, tested and recalibrated before it leaves: camera, lighting, printer, paper. A job never starts with equipment we did not check the day before.
A booth ready to use
We install, calibrate and test the booth before it opens, then show the routine to a person of your choosing. After that it runs on its own, and we stay reachable by phone until the take-down.
No clock ticking
No plan is charged by the hour: the booth stays for the whole of your event, and nobody unplugs it halfway through the party. The prints are set out in advance: 150 on the Essential, 400 on the Signature, and on the Starter every photo goes out by email.
A gallery delivered
The next day you get the link to your private gallery: every photo in high resolution, to download and share as often as you like.

You ask for your quote
Two minutes of form: the date, the venue, how many guests. We answer within 24 h with a firm all-in price and a clear yes or no on availability.

We confirm and personalise
A 30 % deposit holds the date. Then we settle the print template, the backdrop and the timings together: you approve one design before the day, with no endless back and forth.

We set up on the day
Our team arrives at least an hour before your guests, tests everything and stays on site. Nothing to carry, nothing to plug in, nobody to put in charge of watching the booth.

You get your gallery
The next day, the link to your private gallery lands in your inbox. Every photo in high resolution, to share with whoever you like and download as often as you like.
What is written on your quote
Concrete commitments you can check and hold us to.
- Punctuality
- We arrive at least one hour before the booth opens, often two in larger venues. The set-up happens before your guests arrive, never in front of them.
- Spare equipment on board
- The van always carries a second camera and a back-up printer. If the booth were to stop for more than an hour, the part you did not get is refunded.
- Your photos protected (GDPR)
- The images belong to you. They sit on a European server in a password-protected gallery, then get deleted at the end of the agreed period. Nothing is published without your written agreement, and any guest can ask for their photo to be taken down at any time.
- A firm price
- The quote states everything: plan, travel, consumables, the add-ons you picked. No admin fee, no hourly rate or late-night surcharge, no surprise on the invoice.
The whole of Belgium, out of Nivelles
We travel across all three regions of the country, up to 150 km from Nivelles, working in English, French and Dutch alike. Brussels, Walloon and Flemish Brabant, Namur, Liège, Charleroi, Antwerp, Ghent: the driving is part of the job: included anywhere in Belgium on the Signature plan, and up to 20 km on the Starter and Essential.
