What we have learnt about this kind of event
A company evening is won or lost in the first quarter of an hour. As long as nobody moves, the groups stay frozen around their own department. A photo booth by the entrance breaks that inertia: people stop at it on the way in, drink in hand, and the room starts to circulate on its own. We settle the position and start the booth before the guests arrive; after that it runs by itself, with nobody to operate it.
On the branding side, everything is configurable: the print layout, the on-screen design, the welcome message, a backdrop in the company colours. At a trade show the booth becomes a way to capture contacts, with email delivery and clear consent. Afterwards we hand over a complete gallery, ready for your social channels and internal communications, within GDPR and your own image policy. Nothing is published without your prior approval.

Simple things to decide before the day; they change the result.
Send your logo as a vector file at least ten days ahead: the layout is approved beforehand, not on site.
Put the booth on the route between the cloakroom and the bar, never in a corner set aside for it.
Have someone from the leadership go first: the rest of the team follows immediately.
Add a clear note on what the photos will be used for; some people would rather not appear.
At a trade show, choose digital delivery over paper prints: you come away with qualified email addresses.

Can the photos carry our visual identity?
Yes, the frame, the welcome screen and the backdrop take on your colours and your logo. We send you a design to approve before the event, at no extra cost.
How do you handle GDPR and image rights?
Attendees are informed before the shot and email delivery stays optional. The files are handed to you, then wiped from our servers on request. We can also switch off automatic sharing entirely.
Do you work midweek and during the day?
Yes, most of our corporate work happens on weekdays, mornings included for trade shows and openings. The set-up is always finished before doors open.
