What to know before setting a booth up in Ghent
In the centre, deliveries run on set windows: most often in the morning, before access closes. So we arrive early, install, and then leave the room to the other suppliers. Along the Lys, the old factories have space to unload, but the floors are uneven: we stabilise the booth and lay cable covers wherever guests walk.
The Ghent diary follows the academic year. From October to March, gala balls and company parties fill the calendar; in summer it is weddings and garden receptions, with a lull around the Gentse Feesten. For a student ball we favour a sturdy build and the Signature plan with its 400 prints; for a wedding, a calmer set and a guest book beside it.
We have no office in Ghent: the team and the equipment come from Nivelles on the day of your event.
